Veronica Sawyer is part of the most powerful clique in her high school, but she despises Heather, the ringleader who is a sadist bitch in heels. She doesn’t want to be a part of there circle anymore and longs for a world without Heather. So when she meets and falls for J.D., the mysterious new kid, her dislike for Heather and her friends (also named Heather) quickly spirals into a cycle of murder and suicide.
