Kingdom of the Spiders (1977)

Shatner plays Doctor Robert "Rack" Hansen, a veterinarian living in Arizona who investigates about some farm animals who have recently become sick and died mysteriously. An arachnologist Diane Ashley arrives days later for Hansen and tells him that the animals have been bitten by a huge dose of spider venom. But Hansen is a skeptic, until the tarantula spiders start to attack the residents and take over the whole countryside. A strange and often comical low budget horror film.
